What is an active member?+
A member whose membership is current. Expired, suspended and pending members are not counted.
Is there a setup fee?+
No. You can start, import your register and review everything before your first bill.
Who pays the payment fees?+
Card fees and the platform service fee are shown before anyone pays. Your organization receives its net amount in its wallet.
Can we use our own web address?+
Yes. Every organization gets a membabase.com address and can connect its own domain from the dashboard.
