Your register is evidence of who belongs to your profession. We built Membabase so that evidence is hard to forge, hard to reach and easy to audit.
- Sign-in
- Every officer, owner and member signs in with a password and a 6-digit code sent to their email. Both are required.
- Separation
- Each organization's records are kept apart. An officer in one organization can never see another.
- Roles
- District officers see their district. The original Super Admin cannot be removed by a co-admin.
- Activity log
- Every change by an officer is written to a log that cannot be edited or deleted — not even by us.
- Private documents
- Certificates and receipts are stored privately and open only through links that expire within minutes.
- Public checks
- Card checks show name, photo, number and status. Never phone numbers, addresses or payments.
- Payments
- Cards are processed by Paystack and Flutterwave. Membabase never sees or stores card numbers.
- Abuse protection
- Repeated sign-in attempts and floods are slowed down before they reach your data.
