Organizations

You confirm you are allowed to register this organization and that the details you give are true.
You are responsible for the members you approve and the information you publish about them.
Membabase reviews new organizations and may pause any account that misleads members or breaks the law.

You confirm the details in your application are yours and correct.
Your organization decides whether to approve your membership.
Your public verification page only shows your name, photo, membership number, level and status.

Version 2026.1

Member payments are collected by Membabase through licensed payment partners (Paystack, Flutterwave) on behalf of your organization.
Membabase deducts its published service fee from each payment automatically. Your organization's share is recorded in your wallet and paid out to your verified bank account.
You must only charge fees your members have agreed to, and show the fee clearly before they pay.
Refunds, disputes and chargebacks are handled through Membabase; amounts reversed by the bank are taken back from your wallet.
Membabase may pause payment collection if we see fraud, unverified details or a breach of these terms.
Every payment, fee and payout is recorded permanently for reporting and reconciliation.
