• Your information is used to run your membership: approval, ID cards, verification, events and payments.
• Public verification shows only your name, photo, membership number, level, status and organization — never your contact or payment details.
• Documents and receipts are stored privately and opened only through short-lived secure links.
• Card payments are handled by licensed partners (Paystack, Flutterwave); Membabase never stores your card number.
• You can ask your organization or Membabase to correct or remove your information at any time.
